At 99Glasses, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Policy
A delivery/shipping fee will be deducted from the value of returned items as follows:
- Kuwait orders: 2 KWD will be deducted from the refund amount.
- International orders outside Kuwait: 5 KWD will be deducted from the refund amount.
The product may be collected from the customer within up to 2 days for orders within Kuwait, depending on availability and coordination.
The refund will be processed within up to 2 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Exchange Policy
A delivery/shipping fee applies to all exchange orders as follows:
- Kuwait orders: 2 KWD delivery fee applies.
- International orders outside Kuwait: 5 KWD delivery/shipping fee applies.
If there is a difference in price between the exchanged items, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
For orders within Kuwait, the product may be collected from the customer within up to 2 days, and the new product may be delivered at the same time, depending on availability and coordination.
For international orders outside Kuwait, exchange shipping arrangements will be coordinated through our customer support team.
